Hana is the founder of Rituals of Self and an international coach who offers workshops and sessions around the world.
Her journey in the coaching industry began in early 2021 when she worked as an in-house business psychologist and coach with highly ambitious individuals. Having experienced severe anxiety and panic attacks herself, she realized that true transformation comes from more than just mindset work—it requires a deep connection to the body and subconscious.
Hana now integrates psychosomatics, bodywork, and trauma facilitation with her psychological knowledge in her 1:1 approach. Through her personal journey and work with clients, she created "Inner Bloom" and "Echoes of Self," programs dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their emotional world, overcome self-destructive habits, and find lasting fulfillment.
